Details : Surface Preparation The surface should be completely free from dust, grease, rust and loose particles. This should preferably done by air compressor / wire brushes. Priming Suitably thinned down with a max. of 25 to 35 % water, primer can be applied by spraying / brush. The primer should be allowed to dry completely. Colour will turn from brown to black. Drying Time 2 to 4 hrs depending on the surface, weather and ventilation arrangement Coverage - 5 to 6 M2 per Kg.

Base component of Epoxy Anti Corrosive Paint is an acrylic epoxy i.e. Hydroxyl Functional Acrylic copolymer (pigmented), which reacts with blocked polyisocynate adduct (Second component) to form tough film with outstanding durability, chemical & weather resistance. The system also gives excellent gloss and color retentions properties.Epoxy Anti Corrosive Paint is an effective top coat for petrochemical refinery and fertilizer industries. The system is useful for maintenance coating, structural coating and storage tank coating.
