Tube settlers are gravity settlers wherein the settler is provided with tubes to increase the surface area of separation of solids from the liquid.

These gases can also result from caused by the decomposition of water into oxygen and hydrogen by thermal or chemical reactions. These gases must be vented from the condenser for the following reasons: The gases will increase the operating pressure of the condenser. Since the total pressure of the condenser will be the sum of partial pressures of the steam and the gases as more gas is leaked into the system, the condenser pressure will rise. This rise in pressure will decrease the turbine output and efficiency. • The gases will blanket the outer surface of the tubes. This will severely decrease the heat transfer of the steam to the circulating water. Again, the pressure in the condenser will increase. • The corrosiveness of the condensate in the condenser increases as the oxygen content increases. Oxygen causes corrosion, mostly in the steam generator. Thus, these gases must be removed in order to extend the life of cycle components.

The Aerator Impeller is provided with radial self cleaning blades, design to give optimum oxygen transfer in to liquid. The turbulance created by the impeller is sufficient to keep the sludge in suspension at the farthest point. The impeller is M.S. Construction with tubular shaft design for required torsional capacity. The wetted parts is suitable for withstanding The corrosive action of the liquid. The important aspect of the design of the impeller is a self-cleaning built in feature, which requires absolutely no maintenance of the impeller, since no range and other solids can gets caught within the Impeller vanes. The impeller is balanced statically.

High Rate Solid Contact Clarifier (HRSCC) is mostly used in applications wherein a large variation in the inlet conditions has to be tolerated by the system. High Rate Solid Contact Clarifier (HRSCC) produces an effluent of the highest quality in minimum time and space and using a minimum amount of chemicals.

Rotary Vacuum Drum filters are used for filtration of liquid effluent mother liquor of the solids. The vacuum created by Vacuum pumps are the driving force utilized in the filtration operation.

Limpet Coil Reactor construction is same as of the Jacketed Reaction vessel except instead of Jacket on the Shell of Reaction vessel Limpet Coil is welded on it. LimpetCoil Reaction Vessel consists of a Cylindrical vertical shell with a standard torospherical dish on both ends. Limpet Coil is Half round Pipes welded on the outer surface of the shell and also in the bottom dish of the Limpet Coil Reaction Vessel. Limpet coil vessel's limpet coil is made of either Mild Steel Or Stainless Steel. It is either Double end double start for both heating and cooling through limpet coil or Normal Single coil for either heating or cooling. Limpet Coil Welding is performed by using high grade filler rods depending on MOC of the Limpet Coil to withstand design pressure. We offer high quality Limpet Coil Reaction Vessel in different capacities ranging from 50 liters to 15,000 liters. Fabricated from superior grade of stainless steel, these vessels can be provided with different types of agitators such as anchor type, propeller type, paddle type, pitched blade turbine type of high-speed homogenizer. A double pipe heat exchanger, in its simplest form, is just one pipe inside another larger pipe. One fluid flows through the inside pipe and the other flows through the annulus between the two pipes. The wall of the inner pipe is the heat transfer surface. The pipes are usually doubled back multiple times as shown in the diagram at the left, in order to make the overall unit more compact.

The types used can be broadly classified as Fixed Type Surface Aerators and Floating Surface Aerators. Fixed type aerators are fixed to RCC structures and connected with operational platforms. Floating type aerators are mounted on platoons that keep the aerators floating. The location of the aerator can be changed by a link arrangement.

The project scope consists of Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on Turnkey basis.The produced water from group gathering station (GGS) are treated in the ETP having a capacity of 1300 m3day. The treated water is further reinjected into the Oil wells.

Dual Media sand filters are of steel construction with the system operating on the feed water pumping pressure.Filters are designed based on specific volumetric flow rate per unit cross sectional filtration area. Multiple sand filter vessels are installed to augment the treatment to the required capacity from a logistic point of view.The filter is complete with inlet distributors, bottom collector outlet pipe, vent arrangement, water inlet and outlet nozzles, drain and a pressure safety valve for vessel safety.

Effluent dosed with AlumPolyelectrolyte from flocculation tank is fed into coagulation tube (feed well) situated at the centre of DAF unit. Coagulation tube is a vertical cylinder suspended in the centre of the tank where the flocculated effluent enters tangentially to ensure intimate mixing of the flocculated solids with the micro bubbles which are generated due to depressurisation of recycled effluent (which is also fed tangentially). When the mixture of air & solid reach top of coagulation tube, the centrifugal force tends to throw airsolids horizontally towards periphery of the tank & move upwards & outwards to form a blanket of skimming (froth). This accumulated skimming which floats on the top is continuously scraped from the surface by the scraper arm into the scum box. DAF separation principle is based on the fact that air is soluble is liquid in direct proportion to the pressure applied. The treated effluent is recycled to the saturation vessel by means of high pressure recycle pump where plant air is injected which ensures saturation of this liquid with air. This saturated liquid is depressurised through a valve located on the discharge line of the saturation vessel. Which is connected to the coagulation tube. When the pressure is released the air dissolved under pressure comes out of the solution in the form of minute bubbles. These minute bubbles get attached to the flocculated effluent & thus forming solids with combined specific gravity less than the effluent, which finally floats to the surface.

Paramount design, manufactures & develops Degasser for removal of alkalinity from feed water to boilers, as a de alkalize unit, and for post RO for removal of Carbon Dioxide.Paramount can deliver these as a package unit tailor made for any Capacity. The largest delivered so far by Paramount has a Capacity of 750 m3hr. Degasser in water treatment is referred to Decarbonator where the primary importance is to remove Carbon Dioxide from the water. They play an important role when Alkalinity is present in water. Water containing alkalinity causes deposits and blocks the tubes in the boiler. It is placed after the Cation exchanger to mechanically remove the Carbon Dioxide. Water containing Bicarbonates when passed through the Cation Exchanger is converted to Carbonic Acid. The Carbonic Acid easily breaks into Water and Carbon Dioxide.

PARAMOUNT" make clariflocculator mechanism is suitable for installation in RCC circular basin. The drive can be used continuously for flocculation & setting of solids. The settled solids are removed from the centre of the tank. The recommended slope is 1:12 at the bottom of the clariflocculator tank for efficient removal of sludge. The sludge is scrapped from the bottom by means of rotating scrapper arm.

Moderate to high removal for scrubbers coarse particulate upto 3 microns & gaseous pollutants..Very high efficiency for fine particulate with partial removal of gaseous pollutants.
