  Local Dental Anesthesia : Descriptions : Lignocaine in Lignoden is specially formulated to provide dental anesthesia that reversibly blocks the nerve transmission. Adrenaline in Lignoden diminishes the rate of absorption of Local anesthetic; prolongs its local effects and reduces blood flow at the site of surgery.  

Composition : Lignocaine 2% with Adrenaline 1 : 80,000

Application : For Dental Use

Dosage :Brush twice a day and Rinse it off thoroughly. children 2 to 6 yrs-to be used pea sized (1 inch) amount of gel under parent's supervision. Below 2 yrs we don't recommend of usage of gel.

Dosage :Use about 10 ml twice a day or as directed by the Dental Surgeon. It should be swished between teeth for at least 30 secs to 60 secs.

Indications :Gingivitis, Periodontitis, Bleeding & Spongy Gums, Pre-Denture Problems, Tooth Extraction, Pre- & Post Orthodontic treatment, Sore Throat, Ulcers, Halitosis, etc.Directions for use :Take Gumex on the fingertip and massage 2-3 times daily on the affected gum, or as directed by the physician.

Composition : Each 10 ml contains:   Sodium Fluoride IP0.044% w/v Available Fluoride200 ppm Aqueous base ColorPonceau 4R Indications: Aids in the prevention of dental decay in children and adults. Directions for use : Adults and children 6 years of age and older : Use 10ml once a day after brushing teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10ml of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Children under 6 years of age: As directed by the dentist or physician.

Descriptions : Diclofenac Sodium is a Non-Steriodal anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent. The analgesic effect of Diclofenac Sodium acting peripherally is augmented by centrally acting Paracetamol which also acts as antipyretic. This enhanced action provides rapid onset of profound analgesia and also sustained in duration. Side Effects :Epigastric pain, nausea and heartburn may occur. Other side effects include skin rashes, headache, dizziness, and blurred vision.

Descriptions : Aceclofenac in DENTOFLAM®-SP is an effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent with faster action and a good tolerability profile. Paracetamol supports Aceclofenac with its proven Anti-pyretic action as well as analgesic action. Serratiopeptidase, an enzyme produced by bacteria belonging to genus Serratia,further enhances the activity of Aceclofenac by catalyzing the hydrolysis of protein.Serratiopeptidase blocks palsmin inhibitors thus helping the fibrinolytic activity of plasmin.

Adverse Drug Reaction : Aceclofenac : Aceclofenac is well tolerated, with most adverse events being minor and reversible and affecting mainly the GI system. Most common events include dyspepsia (7.5%), abdominal pain (6.2%), nausea (1.5%), diarrhea (1.5%), flatulence (0.8%), gastritis (0.6%), constipation (0.5%), vomiting (0.5%), ulcerative stomatitis (0.1%), and pancreatitis (0.1%). Other adverse effect, which is not common such as dizziness (1%), vertigo (0.3%), and rare cases: par aesthesia and tremor. Paracetamol : Paracetamol is safe and well tolerated in therapeutic doses. Rarely produces skin rashes, fever, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia and methaemoglobinemia. Liver toxicity in case of over dosage. Safety in pregnancy, lactation and children well documented.

Indications :For prevention and treatment of Gingivitis, Periodontal and Peri-Impiant Deseaes, To maintain Oral Hygeine.Dosage :Intended for short periods of 1 to 2 weeks. Rinse for 30 seconds to 60 seconds with 10 ml, 2 times per day (morning and night), after brushing. Dilute with water in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio (water: mouthwash) or as directed by the dental surgeon.

  Descriptions :   AXYLOX ®- PD is a combination of two beta-lactam antibiotics, Amoxycillin and Cloxacillin. The antibiotics exert their bactericidal action by inhibition of cell wall synthesis. Amoxycillin is active against a wide range of gram-positive and gram- negative pathogens, and cloxacillin acts against penicillinase producing gram-positive pathogens.   Side Effects : Adverse drug reaction are as those for other b-lactam antibiotic. Side effects include : Nausea, vomiting, and easy fatigue. Loose bowel movements (diarrhea) also may occur.
