Extra long thread engagement between the yoke nut & stem provides long thread life. aluminum bronze ni-resist yoke nut give wear resistant, corrosion resistant. the seating shall have a shoulder on its top to give efficient seating with body face. seat ring shall be provided with lugs to remove of the seat ring during maintenance. the disk shall be loosely attached to the stem to allow the proper seating. the disk shall be threaded to receive the disk nut which retains the disk on the stem. The disk nut shall be securely locked to prevent any possibility of loosening in service. a disk thrust plate shall be provided between the end of the stem and the disk.

Gland eye bolts facilitate packing maintenance for ease in repacking the valve, gland eye bolts are mounted to swing aside. Gland bush shall have a shoulder on its outer end to prevent complete entry of the gland into stuffing box deep stuffing boxes. Depth is more than adequate in all sizes and pressure to assure tightness and maximum packing life. Packing size confirm to apibs standards for petroleum and allied industries. extra clearance prevent stem scoring sufficient clearance between the gland & stuffing box prevents scoring of stem, stuffing box & gland bush. a lantern ring shall be furnished if required by the customer. the stem hole in the back seat bushing shall be designed with proper clearance to guide the stem and, when the back seat bushing supports the packing, prevent extrusion of the packing.

R-square forged steel valves are designed to provide minimum turbulence and resistance to flow when in fully open position. Further they are designed keeping in mind requirements of all measure standards like api 602, ansi,asme. "r-square" forged steel valves are made from the components, which have gone through stringent quality control checking at every stage. "r-square" forged steel valves are made from the wedges & seat -rings which machined & lapped very precisely to get high class sealing. "r-square" forged steel valves are thoroughly tested after assembly for repetition of operation, valve opening & closing, smoothness in movement of spindle, lift etc. "r-square" forged steel valves are available with hard facing (hf) for highly corrosion & corrosion resistant. "r-square" forged steel valves can be used in high temp service and high pressure as per the ansi b634. r-square” forge steel valves are available in three types, i.e. Gate, globe & check in all three configuration, i.e. Screwed, socket & buttweld.

"r-square” flush bottom valves are designed to provide drainage and dead space free shutoff for reactors, vessels and storage tanks. The dead space free shutoff is accomplished by placing the valve seat flush with the bottom of the vessel. This eliminates any buildup of product within the vessel nozzle itself. Advantage of disc type is short stroke for openclose operation. Design options are open on discharge side for nozzle fitting or flange end. Air cylinder operation is usual for saving labor.

"r-square" cast steel swing check valves are used in pipe lines with liquid and gaseous fluids over a wide range of line pressures and temperatures "r-square" swing check valves body designed for strength to meet operating conditions and contoured to minimize erosion and resistance to flow. the disk is opened and sustained in open position by the velocity pressure of the fluid and closed by the force of gravity, seating load and resultant tightness is aided by back pressure in the line. the body seat ring threaded to the body to avoiding leakage the path between the seat ring and the body. The seating surfaces are ground and lapped. "r-square" check valve are offered with flange and butt weld ends to bs 1868.

"rs" butterfly valves have been used since 1993 and possess many advantages over gate,globe,plug and ball valves in varity of installation,particularly in the larger sizes. Savings in weight,space and cost obvious advantages compared to the traditional valves. Maintenance costs are low since there is minimum number of moving parts and there are no pockets to trap fluids. The control of butterfl valves is very easy and simple becauce a mere rotation of a qurter of the manoeuvering shaft is required to operate to it. Operation quick and easy because a 90-degree rotation of handle moves the flow control element from the fully closed to the fully opened position.

We are offering ball valve. fully adjustable stem packing. anti-blow stem design. gland bush prevents stem galling. the stem is inserted in the body and back seated through & pife rings against the body wall.the gland is fully piloted in the body and the stem is a close fit inside the gland.the design assures full support of the stem at all times. every precaution has been taken to protect the stem seal against damage or loosening due to mechanical forces. a fillet relief is accurately machined on the lip of the ball part, permitting the ball to snap into the open position in perfect alignment snugly against the teflon seat. In this position the reduced compressive force on the seats helps to minimize the possibility of cold-flow of the teflon rings and extends service life. r-square ball valves achieve leak tight sealing even at low pressures by means of accurately controlled squeeze on the seat rings and ball.

Guillotine dampers are used for isolation service in round or rectangular ducts. Dampers can be produced in carbon steel or stainless steel with low leak or zero leak configuration. Stainless steel spring steel shims are used to obtain leakage less then 1% at blade edge.

Multi-louver dampers are normally used for open-close service or fix flow. It can be produced in any size, diameter & face to face or length x width x height. Carbon steel or stainless steel is material of construction for frame & blades. Blades are designed for metal to metal configuration. Blade tips are claded with stainless steel spring seals to ensure tight shutoff & can achieve leakage less then 1%. High strength blade linkages & self aligning connecting rods are designed to ensure frictionless, smooth blade movement with no back’ lash.
