Formaldehyde is a naturally-occurring organic compound with the formula CH2O. It is the simplest aldehyde and is also known by its synonyms name formalin or methanal. The common name of this substance comes from its similarity and relation to formic acid. Formaldehyde is an important precursor to many other materials and chemical compounds. It is mainly used in the production of industrial resins, for the manufacture of particle boards and in the coating industry.

We manufacture and supply all grades of resin coated sand which are processed using high grade silica sand. This sand is manufactured at our plant based at Gujarat in India. It is commonly used for the preparation of shell cores and molds either by conventional dump box method or by core shooter. It is specially formulated to reduce emissions, smoke and odor during production of cores and moulds in ferrous and non-ferrous metal casting. We deliver it for foundry purpose to various automobile foundries, Pump and Motor Casting foundries, Engine Block foundries and other general Engineering Industries.
