When the loaded door of the cabinet is closed both the blasting wheels are operated and simultaneously spinning will start. The abrasive isthen switched on automatically through electro-pneumatic abrasive control valves. The spinner hanger rotates in clock-wise direction and reverse in anticlock-wise direction as per determined cycle times which can be selected with the help of timer provided on the control panel. On completion of one cycle the abrasive is automatically cut off so that the door can be opened to exchange the shot blasted jobs with the fresh ones.   The proposed machine is equipped with a second door to cater to your production requirements.
