The discharge clamp is a connected to Load cell, which means that, as the operator fits a bag to the bottom discharge clamp, then product Start commenced filling to the target weight. This produces superior final bag accuracy and greater bagging rates per minute. Net Type Automatic Bagging Machine :A net bagging machine weighs the product independently to the bag. The discharge clamp is a separate construction to the weigh bin, which means that, as the operator fits a bag to the bottom discharge clamp, the product has already commenced filling to the target weight. This produces superior final bag accuracy and greater bagging rates per minute than gross bagging machines. Bulk Bagging Machine : A Bulk Bagging Machine weighs the product to the bag. Dual Head Bagging Machine : A Flow Measurement machine weighs the product into the Weigh Hopper which is connected to Load cell, which means that, as the Material Dump in the Conveyer or Elevator after Measuring From Weigh Hopper To control the Flow of Material Gravity, Vibrated, Screw Or Belt Feeder are given. Operation The Filling Machine mainly consists of a weighing pan, filling controller and a dual stage pneumatically operated valve. The Filling Controller is a micro-controller based control circuit. The weighing platform is mounted on a load cell that senses the weight during filling. While filling, the load cell provides continuous output to the filling controller to control the valve at the required value. The dual stage pneumatic valve operates in "coarse", "fine" and "dribble (or restart) "modes as per the set parameters made in the filling controller. The filling valve is a stainless steel valve and it is coupled with pneumatic cylinders in series to have coarse and fine opening. The filling controller consists of: - A keyboard of 4 x 4 matrix keys (2 x 3 in the case of Economy model) to set various parameters. A Control Panel with Emergency Off, Start - Stop push buttons. An Auto / Manual Selector switch. A seven-segment LED display to indicate the filling quantity and other parameters. Electrical, electronic and pneumatic circuits to control the filling valve as per the load cell output and set values. The liquid stored in an overhead tank or a pumping line is directly connected to the inlet of the filling valve. Enter the filling quantity and other parameters through the keyboard. After entering the required parameters, place the container to be filled on the weighing platform and press the "start" button provided on the control panel to start the filling operation. The filling gets cut off automatically as per the set parameters. Drum Filling Machine Drum Filling Systems has various machine designs for drum filling, tote filling, and liquid filling of other palletized bulk sizes e.g. 25 gallon barrels, etc. These drum filling systems are available in chemical duty construction and food grade construction in either top fill only or bottom up fill (subsurface) configurations. Top drum filling configurations are less expensive but limited to non foaming bulk products. Bottom up drum filling configurations are very flexible systems capable of filling almost any bulk product within a wide range of foamy characteristics and viscosities. Both top fill and bottom fill drum filling systems use an integrated scale and powered pallet roller conveyor. System operates with minimal operator involvement. Operator positions pallet, tote or drums on the scale platform with a conveyor control switch. Operator then uses the nozzle balancing arm switch for manual (zero weight) positioning to drum, barrel or tote opening. The operator then activates auto-fill and the nozzle opens and the pump fills to weight.
