Expensive synthetic oil in these Italian gear box which eliminates the frequent changes of oil and increase the life of gear components. Increasing the strength of the body to take heavy load, finishing qualities & life by powder coating for better magnificent qualities. We manufactured sheet metal body of these machines on CNC punching and bending. We are using the advance CNC Laser cutting, CNC turning and VMC for manufacturing parts. In Span Tech all the pins, bushes & rollers are supply with electroplating for protection against rust & butter magnificent equality . Specially designed electric braking logic circuit which safety stops the motor and which eliminates need of brake motor thus, reducing break down and maintenance of changing brake liners. We use Schneider make electrical contactors and Finder (Italian) make timers thus reducing frequency of electrical breakdowns. Imported heavy duty four switch with a top cover for protection from falling debris & material at sites.

SRP 80, Spantech’s Safe Alternative to ScaffoldingFeatures : Electro-Magnetic Brake Motor - The electromagnetic brake of hoist motor is able to be auto-engaged to produce braking torque 15.2 N m that stops & supports the suspended platform, in the event of power failure or emergency. SS F80 Tilting Roof Type - Safety lock is a separate mechanical unit that automatically locks safety wire rope when the working wire rope breaks or suspended platform tilts to its limits. The safety rope clip swiftly closes & locks safety wire rope preventing the platform from dropping or tilting by the friction. Emergency Braking Overload - In any abnormal situation, emergency braking can be executed to ensure safety. It presses the emergency brake switch on the panel of electric control box, thereby switching off the power, thus stopping the hoist. Also, the thermal relay cuts off the power automatically in case of the motor overloading. Centrifugal Speed Limiter - Centrifugal Speed Limiter is a safety device which restricts one platform to go beyond the specified/ rated speed & also avoids free fall.
