Storage Capacity of the tank is 5000MT and has underground pipeline transfer facility to the tank with loading arms and weigh bridge systems. Karwar port is one of the main port of Karnataka serving to the hinterland of Northern Parts of Karnataka, Goa & Southern parts of Maharastra, with a total length of 355 meters quay has two berths with a draft capacity of 9.25 meters each for berthing of Deep Ocean Going Ships. This port
 has been developed as an all weather port in the Karwar bay with 355 mtr. Long
 quay for accommodating simultaneous berthing of two ships with other matching
 infrastructure facilities. The port has been declared by Government of India for handling all types of commodities including "B" & "C" class of petroleum products.

We offer Tiki Hydrostop. Hydrostop is a new generation POLYMER MODIFIED bituminous waterproofing membrane consisting of non-woven polyester core suitable for wide range of applications. The non-ageing property of distilled bitumen and special property of selected bond of polymers yield superb quality waterproofing membrane. The special multi layered design of hydrostop works like a monolithic system which provides superior pliability, tensile strength, workability, and capacity to withstand the extreme climatic conditions. The middle core is protected on either side by a high quality Polymeric Asphaltic mix with properties of high penetration, high heat resistance and high softening point to make it ideal for waterproofing purpose. It delivers high bonding strength with substrate and a strong adhesion between overlaps. The Polymeric Asphaltic mix is shielded on either side with thermophilous HMHDPE film. This helps in the thermofusion process and also strengthens the non permeable quality of the entire membrane. The resultant membrane has high elongation to absorb all structural movements. It also possesses high tensile strength and is highley flexible and pliable to adapt to contours. Hydrostop can be obtained in thickness of 3mm,4mm,wt.3.5Kg &4 .5Kg.It comes in rolls of 1Mx 10M, with plain or grit finish.

AS PER IS:10221-1982 & AWWA C-203-91 Tiki Outerwrap is a nonwoven, thick, glass fibre mat that has been uniformly impregnated & treated with plasticized coal tar pitch or bitumen & dusted with talc powder or sand to prevent the layers from sticking together in the roll form. The finished outerwrap has a smooth uniform surfaced free of visible defects, is flexible & of uniform porosity to facilitate the release of hot gases and achieve better finishing

Similarly, it has become necessary to keep out heat pertaining to refrigerated and other cold surfaces. Progressive engineers are in accordance with and have accepted that only effective and efficient insulation can control the economy and high operational costs. Therefore, insulation materials used today are light, porous and tend to absorb moisture. On the other hand, if a high degree of efficiency is to be maintained, the insulating materials should be kept dry. After due deliberation engineers the world over, have concluded that insulation and protection cannot be overlooked. We offer Tiki Mastic. DESCRIPTION TIKI MASTIC is bitumen based anticorrosive, odorless, tasteless and non - toxic ready mix brushable paint. It is also lead-free and resistant to acid, alkali, water and chlorine. It is most efficient and economical protection against corrosion. The effectiveness of an anticorrosive coating is directly related to its resistance against moisture. Initially many coatings are waterproof, but on ageing its ability as a protective coating is lost. Even the minute penetration of moisture is quite sufficient to encourage corrosion on the steel surface underneath. A good protective coating should have adhesive properties to the surface on which it is applied. TIKI MASTIC is manufactured by adopting strict quality control, so that product application can be done easily and quickly by BRUSH SPRAY and it dries rapidly to give a smooth glossy black finish.

We offer TIKI BITUMEN PRIMER - WB. DESCRIPTION TIKI Bitumen Primer is an emulsion of special grade of bitumen, minerals and water. It is chocolate brown in color and is available in ready to use 20Kg drum. After application and evaporation of water from concrete surface, a waterproof bitumen membrane is formed. The coating when set is impermeable to water and remains unaffected by industrial fumes, saline atmosphere etc. SURFACE PREPARATION The surface should be completely free from dust, grease, rust and loose particles. This should preferably done by air compressor wire brushes.

We offer Tiki Weather Strip Waterproof Sealant. TIKI WEATHERSTRIP is a self-adhesive tape comprising of heavy-duty aluminium foil coated with bitumen-based sealant under pressure. The salient feature of this product is that it maintains its flexibility at low temperature and resistance to low as well as high temperature. It is a multipurpose product acting as a waterproofing sealant. The aluminium foil not only provides extended protection but also has a decorative finish. Above all, Tiki Weatherstrip is easy to use, time saving and most economical. RECOMMENDED USES Weatherstrip acts as an ideal sealant over joints be it wood, concrete, A.C7G.I. Sheets, Gutters, Pipe and general insulation work. An all purpose sealant which can prevent water leakage.
