Blenders or Industrial Mixers are usually designed for physical mixing of solids to provide uniform proportion throughout the mass. Used in chemicals & allied industry, the mixes include drugs & pharmaceuticals, Paints & resins, Plastic blends with colour & additives etc. Given the predecessors experience of manufacturing stainless steel blenders in large nos. over the years, ‘TMSS Dalfab’ is equipped to supply Ribbon & Twin Shell Blenders or other kinds upto the capacity of 5000 ltrs. With the design originally acquired from a German company,by the predecessor companies Dalfab ; the machine so manufactured provides uniform pressing of fibre/toe in to packing/forming cylinders, so as to facilitate uniform dyeing in the next step in a dyeing machine. The fibres could be of Wool, Cotton, Synethetics,Acrylic etc. Stamping machine can be designed to suit dyeing cylinders of various makes, diameters & height & are available with one, two or three stamping machines.

Decatising process is the final stage  before the cloth goes for packing. This process opens the pores giving fluffiness to the fabric. In this process, the cloth is passed through perforated decatising drum with proper tension . The cloth is steamed for defined time period followed by cooling by vaccum. This process is repeated for the other side of the cloth to apply the even treatment. Machine provides unique finish effects, controllable with optimum steam admission, suction & wrapper cloth pressure. Working range allows Woollen, Polyester/Cotton blends, silk from as light as shirtings/sarees to as heavy as corduroy suitings.
