United Insulation Industries has developed Ventilated Dry Type transformers in India with both type (i.e. Cast Resin or Resin Impregnated and also United Sub Station). Angles, Channels, 'I' section, Dog bones, Pipes, Rods, coil support blocks & Cable Trays, Gratings are manufactured.   Application : Transformers, in chemical, electrical & Industrial uses. Also as per client's requirements.   Availability : All sizes up to practical requirements are available. Special sizes on demand can be made.

  These Laminated sheets are made from Silane Treated Fibre Glass Cloth & different type of Resins as a bonding medium. By proper selection of cloth and specific resin, we get improved mechanical & electrical properties.   Application : Epoxy : Heavy duty transformer, Dry transformers, Control Panels, Switch Gears etc. depending on end use.  

Epoxy Cast Bushing & Insulators : High quality insulators are made by pressure gelation and vaccum filling process ranging from 1.1 kv to 33 kv. We follow IS : 9431   Epoxy Bushings : High quality epoxy cast bushings are made by pressure gelation and vaccum filling process with proper reinforcement in flanges for extra strength. Ranging from 100 Amp. to 8000 Amp. We follow IS : 2099. Note : Any shape & size can be made on demand.   Application : Furnace transformers ( 5.0 mVA to 50.0 mVA ). Also as per client's requirements.
