We offer a series of qualitative offline and online tests for pre and post commissioning of transformers to the established standards. Pre and Post Commissioning tests include condition assessment of transformer windings to verify the safe transportation of the transformer from factory to work site, assessment of insulation’s dryness prior to commissioning, correct erection and installation bushings and CTs, verification of protection circuits, correct operation of tap-changer and other auxiliaries including Buchholz relay, Pressure Relief Valves, etc.

This is carried through Capacitance & Tan Delta and Partial Discharge Measurement of generator and motor windings. We provide an option of offline as well as online measurements by way of suitable de-coupling devices to help obtain PD signals from the generator windings. PD solutions provide the options to either implement a periodic monitoring system or a continuous 247 monitoring system with built-in alarms and warning functions.
