Hot Air Oven is laboratory tools used for various application. Basic principle of the hot air oven is that the fresh air from the outside is blown trough the hot wire or heated metal or ceramic material . The air gets heated and enter into the insulated chamber . The design of the hot air released area is in such a way that the hot air can reach to the every corner of the air oven . During this process, the oxygen from air touches the hot filament and it oxidizes the red hot wire . The wire resistance changes . At the end the heater gets break . Our design of hot air oven is designed to handle even this type of the environment. Technical Specification • Ovens are double walled. • Inner chamber made of either M.S. or S.S.304. • Gap between the two walled filled with ceramic insulation to avoid heat of loses with insulation of 150 mm. • Heating element are made of special type air heater of S.S.‘U’ Type tubular heater. • With special type of wiring connection from out side body • Supplied with air draft motorized blower to circulate uniform temp. Thought out chamber temp. range 50°C to 250°C with accuracy of ± 2°C controlled by digital temp.Controller cum indicator
