Ribbon blenders are used for dry blending of powders. the blender is "U" shaped with ribbons whose movement is to push the material forward and reverse directing, thus ensuring effective homogenizing/blending of the product. the ribbons are located such that there are no dead spots within the container. Alternatively, paddle type of blades are also provided. The design varies from product to product. The blender is provided with bottom discharge with an option of Rotary Valve to ensure effective air locking and leak proof fitting.
