we bring the reliable chlorinated rubber paint (unichlor cf), which is a single pack, air drying chlorinated rubber finish paint. the topcoat buildcoat of chlorinated rubber paint (unichlor cf) is in chlorinated rubber systems. the chlorinated rubber paint (unichlor cf) is suitable for interior and exterior use. the chlorinated rubber paint (unichlor cf) is a fast drying paint with dry heat resistance up to 60oc. directions for use surface preparation & substrate condition suitable chlorinated rubber/ conventional/ epoxy primers or intermediates; dry and free from all contamination. in case of aged epoxy/conventional coating, the surface should be sufficiently roughened prior to painting. surface temperature must be at least 3oc above dew point but not above 50oc mixing : if setting is observed in the drum, loosen the settled material with the help of hand stirrer followed by power driven stirrer for quick homogeneous mixing. storage & packing storage : store in a cool, dry place. store in accordance with local regulations. packing : 20, 4 & 1 litre packs available in select shades safety information as a general safety measure, inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist and contact of liquid paint with skin & eyes should be avoided. forced ventilation should be provided when applying paint in confined spaces or stagnant air. even when ventilation is provided, respiratory, skin and eye protection are always recommended when spraying paint. please refer our material safety data sheet prior to using the product.

An Isophthallic Polyester glass flake reinforced coating for steel. It withstands sea water and extremely aggressive corrosion conditions up to about 80°C immersion temperatures. This is made possible by the very high loading of glass flakelets. Traditionally developed for use on Oil Rigs for protection of externals of riser pipes, cellar decks, pipe racks, railings, it is now used for the internals and externals of seawater out flow pipes, cooler covers, water boxes (depending on chemical cargo) and other applications, e.g. bridges, cranes, and other dock side applications. Main advantages are ease of application, fast film build (up to 1mm in one coat), rapid cure times, (2-3 hrs thin film drying time) as well as repairable and overcoatable when cured.

These Coating are particularly used to protect the metallic vessels against corrosion due to acidic or alkaline reactions in the chemical storage tanks, rotating equipment, reaction vessels, filters, ducts and scrubbers. It can be applied to existing and new equipment. The total engineering support is to be provided to the customer for the selection of material for the Coating. It has many advantages over other lining methods like rubber lining. Some of the advantages are : Much stronger bond to metal. Longer service life. Seams can be avoided and thereby safer protection afforded. Coating with F.R.P. can be done at room temperature unlike rubber lining which require   vulcanizing. Easily create on site.
