This hose are specially developed from non-toxic high quality PVC with multipurpose use. Basic purpose of the release film is to ensure the proper release of the helping material use for vacuum bagging. Release Films are placed directly in contact with the laminate. They separate the laminate from breather/bleeder fabrics, which have no release characteristics. There are many types of release films available and selection depends on the cure temperature, pressure and complexity of component and resin system involved. Release films are often perforated in order to ensure that any trapped air, volatiles or excess resin, which may compromise the physical properties of the laminate, can be removed. Various perforation patterns are available in range of film options to satisfy various cure temperature requirements, thicknesses, tensile strengths, adhesion, upper service temperatures etc. The following are the specifications.

The Vacuum Bagging Film is widely used in Advance Composites Industries. This film is used to cover and seal the mould surface under vacuum condition in the process called Vacuum Infusion. This film is widely used due to is excellent physical properties such as high temperature resistance, toughness, good flexibility, high elongation and very less permeability. Normally colour is green heat stabilized and material is nylon. It has excellent elongation and heat ageing characteristics capable of performing under high pressures and temperatures of up to 190°C for several hours. A Caprolactam level of less than 1% makes it an ideal choice for most vacuum bagging applications

Its an self adhesive and is made from butyl compound.Its butyl-rubber based, two-sided, self-adhesive sealant tape with good elastic properties. Adhesiveness:Butyl rubber has excellent adhesion to most of the material such as all of Composite material, FRP, metal, wood, glass, non-ferrous, concrete, etc. UV Protection:Excellent resistance against UV rays.One side laminated is helping to protect its characteristic when exposed to direct sunlight.Application temperature:0 °C to 35 °C.
