BIOPESTICIDE Cezar™ Cezar is a biological insecticide containing active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki. This bacteria produces a crystal protein called delta- endotoxin which has insecticidal property. Bacillus thuringiensis is highly specific in its action, because of their specificity these pesticides are regarded as environmental friendly. When insects ingest toxin crystals, the alkaline pH of their digestive tract denatures the insoluble crystals, and release cry toxin(cry protein). The Cry toxin is then inserted into the insect gut cell membrane, paralyzing the digestive tract and forms pores. The insect stops eating and starves to death. Packing 100gm, 250gm, 500gm, 1 kg.
