Trochanteric Stabilizing Plate
We are offering trochanteric stabilizing plate. Trochanteric stebilizing plate unstable a2 and a3 fractures, especially multifragmentary ones with a separated greater trochanter. Excessive secondary fracture impact and medialization of the femoral shaft can be avoided by combining the dhs with the trochanter major stabilization plate. Fixation of the greater trochanter with locking head screws reduces varus angulation and limb shortening. Stabilizing the greater trochanter can reduce internal bleeding and restores the function of the gluteus medius. This results in less postoperative pain and a faster mobilization of the patient.

TROCHANTERIC INTRAMDULER NAIL
We are offering trochanteric intramduler nail. The titanium trochanteric fixation nail (tfn) system permits an intramedullary approach for the fixation of fractures of the femur. The tfn system consists of a series of cannulated nails, cannulated helical blades, cannulated femoral neck screws, cannulated end caps, and locking bolts and screws. All of the implants in the tfn system are made of titanium alloy. The helical blade provides improved resistance to varus collapse and rotational control of the medial fracture segment compared to single screw fixation (i.e., lag screws). The result is superior life-to-cut-out versus single screw fixation. This is accomplished through the use of the 11.0 mm helical blade. In addition, the use of the 11.0 mm helical blade results in reduced bone removal versus use of a traditional hip screw. These helical blade features are especially advantageous in osteoporotic fracture fixation. However the tfn system also offers a lag screw fixation using an 11.0 mm femoral neck screw.

...moreANTRIOR CLAVICLE LOCKING PLATE
We are offering antrior clavicle locking plate. Clavicle plates are designed to provide excellent fixation for acute fractures, malunions, and non-unions of the clavicle. While often treated conservatively, a portion of these fractures can benefit from a low profile, congruent, locking plate. Soft tissue irritation is minimized, and patient function improves while returning them to their normal activities sooner. In line with our goal to bring to the market products that evolve and improve patient outcomes, hr introduces three additional plate designs to the system: locking straight plate, locking distal clavicle plates and locking anterior clavicle plates. The locking straight plate provides an additional option for midshaft clavicle fractures. This addition rounds out the selection of midshaft plates cited for addressing 94%-98% of the patient population and further enhances a surgeon's ability to treat patients with a smaller bone structure. The redesigned locking distal clavicle plate offers an improved solution to treat complex lateral third clavicle fractures that cause disruption of the coraclavicular (cc) ligaments. The screw positioning and angulation of these plates targets the distal fragments and provides secure, stable fixation for multiple fracture patterns. The anterior locking clavicle plate was developed for orthopaedic trauma surgeons who understand the mechanical, biological and technical principles of plating. These pre-contoured, anatomic plates are designed for surgeons who desire an anterior approach perceived to minimize risk, increase screw purchase in bone and reduce potential hardware prominence.
