Ready to use 12mm thick trowel applied non-metallic floor surface screed. Suitable for extra heavy duty traffic floor. Excellent abrasion and impact resistance. Chemically inert and non-corrosive. Consumption : 1 to 1.2m2 per 25 kg bag for 10mm thickness.

Walcoat is a fluid-applied, 100% acrylic elastomeric designed to waterproof exterior vertical surfaces. It possesses outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. It is permanently flexible breathing membrane. it effectively covers existing hairline cracks and repaired areas, and bridges hairline cracking caused by further building movement. Walcoat is available in multiple standard natural toned colors.
