Pneumatic Rubber Sheller is designed to remove husk from all kinds of paddy. This machine comes with heavy- sturdy construction and suitable for raw, steam and boiled paddy. This machine makes very low noise while shelling of paddy This machine comes with high technology vibro- feeder to feed the paddy grains at required angle into the paddy threshing rollers. This machine is equipped with cooling system to increase the life of paddy threshing rollers. This machine is designed to control shutter and rubber movements automatically thus when paddy flow is stopped, rubber rolls are disengaged to increase the life of rubber rolls.

  Vibro Paddy Cleaner cum Destoner Vibro Paddy Cleaner is designed to remove all impurities, unfilled grains, seeds, stones and foreign particles from the paddy. This machine separates stones and heavy material by density difference. This heavy duty machine is provided with dust aspiration system. Vibro motors fitted in this machin e provide s lon g life with low maintenance cost. This machine provides multiple decks of screens based on the grade of material to be processed to separate finer impurities as well as any oversized impurities.

This machine is specially designed to removethe bran layer without damaging the rice. The whitening effect is attained due to friction developed between abrasive rollers in the adjustable screen chamber. The polishing is controlled by adjustable screen holding mechanism and very easy to operate. The bran will be conveyed to bran aspiration system.

Silky Rice Polisher is designed to give uniform polish, superior whiteness and shining to rice with lesser broken and high efficency. This is well suited for raw and boiled rice. It gives better results if rice is polished in whiteners before processing in Silky Polisher. It is equipped with stainless steel, screw roller for longer life and better results. It has water injection for smooth polish through pump. It has unlimited adjustments for polishing. It is very easy to operate with very low maintenance.

Rice sifter is designed to separate broken rice from head rice. It is equipped with automatic cleaning system and screen can be easily taken out for cleaning in case of heavy clogging. Aspirator attached to this machine removes small bran particles.

Rice Destoner is a machine, which separate the left over stones from the white rice. This works on the principle of gravity. The machine will work more efficiently. The stones are separated and delivered automatically with the help of the timer. This output rice will be delivered from front side of the machine. This has to be installed after polishing of rice.

Pre Cleaner is the first cleaner in the rice mill designed to remove all impurities, unfilled grains, seeds and foreign particles from the paddy. Aspiration system in this machine removes dust and lighter impurities. Rotary drum in this machine removes straw and any oversized impurities. This machine provides multiple decks of screens based on the grade of material to be processed to separate finer impurities as well as any oversized impurities.

Pneumatic Type Sheller is specially designed to de-husking the paddy. This is fitted with sleeve type rubber drums to maintain better output. To Increase the rubber rolls life a special cooling blower is attached to the machine. The shelling percentage will be obtained upto 90%.

Paddy Separator is designed to separate the brown rice from the mixture of paddy and brown rice. The separation is accomplished by passing the grain mix through a series of z shaped baffle compartments mounted on an inclined oscillating table utilizing the difference in the specific gravity and surface texture of the grains. There will be number of trays in this machine depending upon the capacity.

Paddy Cleaner is designed to remove impurities like grains, sticks, straws, big mud lumps and other foreign particles. Paddy Cleaner works more efficiently when paddy is pre cleaned in pre cleaner. Paddy Cleaner separates foreign particles based on gravity and it is equipped with blower to separate the dust and any lighter impurities. Paddy Cleaner comes with compact body, easy to operate with low maintenance cost.

Husk Aspirator is designed to separate husk from the mixture of brown rice and paddy and husk. This machine is equipped with dynamically balanced blower which helps in separation of husk. Paddy flows through the adjustable flops to deliver husk free rice and paddy and husk conveyed through the pipe line to husk yard.

Cone Polisher is designed to remove the red, grey and brown rice coating. It is precisely designed using high quality cast iron. It is equipped with a cone that is fixed on the stell shaft along with the ball bearing and high quality taper roller which makes the process very smooth and noise free. This ensures the breakage free polishing of rice.

The Bucket Elevators are specially designed to carry the paddy or rice one machine to another machine. This machine can be erected, the input of paddy or rice should be machine side and the delivery of paddy or rice should be other side at the top of machine.

  The Bran Process / Separation system makes the whitener and silky polisher to give better results. High percentage of oil in the bran causes pipe line choking so, to avid this bran lines to be cleared regularly.

  Air lock, Blower, Cyclone system is used for collect the bran from the whitener, silky or cone polisher and separates the minute brokens from the bran.
