Over shoot temperature up to 1200 oc., soaking time for continues working temp. 1100 oc, max. 8 hours. sensor provided will be chromel alumel thermocouple, with high temperature ceramic sheathed and back side mounting facility. insulation will be provided of high quality ceramic wool blanket with low thermal mass. microprocessor based pid profile temperature controller with 8 ramp & 8 soak step control logic. control panel provided at top of the muffle furnace with sufficient gap for air pass through & no direct contact of outer body of muffle furnace with the control panel. panel consist of mains mcb, microprocessor based pid controller with seven segment display with solid state relay or thyristor or contactor output at 230440 volt ac, 50 hz.
