Wash-up blades are manufactured to fine tolerances for perfect fit on old and new presses alike. They are resistant to chemical attack from inks and solvents and are highly efficient and durable. A perfect profile ensures excellent wash-up results each time, reducing the amount of wash-up chemicals used and reducing down-time on the press. Blades are available for the vast majority of offset sheet-fed, web and continuous form presses in either metal/rubber, metal/urethane, rubber (EPDM), plastic or Tufnol format. Each individual blade is presented in a plastic sleeve with the machine reference for easy identification.  Variable-Speed Belts provide top performance on variable speed drives. The belt adjusts itself automatically to the pulley groove providing a wide range of speeds and speed ratios. Variable-Speed belts have a distinct shape as their belt top widths are usually greater than their thickness. This permits a greater range of speed ratios than standard belts. Application:Underpacking for control of the pressure for ink transfer and to compensate for different thicknesses between the printing blanket and the printing plate. Underpacking Sheets are fitted in the gap between the blanket / plate and the blanket / plate cylinder. Non-compressible material to facilitate accurate measurement of the thickness required. Flat belts are designed with many unique performance advantages for use in power transmission and conveying Flat Belts are used by customers in diverse applications including ATMs, bill validators, business machines, power tools, copiers and more. We distribute various types of flat belts with different dimensions and specification ranges: Elastic Flat Belts: These Belts are manufactured from Silicone, EPDM, Urethane, Chloroprene, Hypalon, natural rubber or polyurethane. They do not have fabric reinforcement and are most often used on fixed center drives. This have many advantages over reinforced flat belts, including fast turnaround samples with minimal tooling expense, reduced system cost by eliminating the need for expensive tensioning systems, antistatic constructions to reduced static build up, as well as long life constructions. Semi-Stretch Fabric Reinforced Flat Belts: These Belts are manufactured from Chloroprene rubber and are normally reinforced with light duty woven polyester fabrics. These flat belts also are used on fixed center drives. Stable Yarn Reinforced Flat Belts: These Belts are manufactured from polyurethane elastomers reinforced with various types of yarn including, Kevlar, polyester and glass. This style of flat belt is also normally used on adjustable center drives fitted with tensioning mechanisms. Stable Fabric Reinforced Flat Belts: These Belts are manufactured from Chloroprene & Silicone rubber and are reinforced with various types of woven fabric including glass, Kevlar, nylon, polyester, cotton, Nomex and polyester/cotton blend. These flat belts are normally used on adjustable center drives fitted with tensioning mechanisms.

APPLICATION:Anti marking polyester films for use on transfer and delivery cylinders on offset presses to help eliminate ink smearing and set off onto the printed sheets. Anti Marking Films are available in both non adhesive and self adhesive formats.   Non adhesive is fixed to the cylinder either with 2 clamps or double sided tape.   Self adhesive, both in small (S type) and large beads (L type), is simply cut to the size of the cylinder and affixed by removing the adhesive backing. RANGE: Anti Marking Films are available in S type for paper and high quality printing and L type for carton or general purpose use. Both are produced in self adhesive or non adhesive formats. QUALITY: The surface consists of evenly spread ultra fine glass particles which have been bonded to a PET base film resulting in a stable product of a uniform thickness. Films can be easily cleaned with standard cleaning solvents consequently lasting longer and bringing high quality and efficiency of anti marking properties in production. AVAILABILITY: Anti Marking Film is available in rolls of 1050mm x 50 metres or cut to the required size in sheets. ANTI MARKING PAPER Anti marking paper has the same application as the polyester film and is for use on transfer and delivery cylinders on offset presses to help eliminate ink smearing and set-off onto the printed sheets. Although coated to be water and grease repellent, the paper is not as durable as the film and needs to be placed more often. It is available in a non-adhesive format in roll or cut to the required size in sheets.
