The surface should be free of oil, grease, fungus etc., before application mix 1 kg plus seal powder with 400 ml of water. The slurry is now ready for application plus seal can be applied to the surfaces in two coats by brush. Average thickness of each coating should not be more than 0.8 to 1mm. After applying 1st coat, the 2nd coat should be applied after a gap of 2 hours avoid application of plus seal under direct sun light. This is to ensure that the water does not evaporate fast.
