We are only the functional manufacturers in the East Coast Railway zone and we have set up a fabrication unit for manufacturing the Insulated rail joints at Industrial Growth Center, Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh. Modern Signaling System depends on Track Circuits where in a portion of track is isolated from the adjoining track. This is accomplished with help of Insulated Rail Joint. These joints are made under the technical guidance of Research Designs and Standards Organization, which is Indian Railways' R&D Organization. Product Description: Mainly we are manufacturing & Supplying G-3(L) type Glued Joints with 950mm long Fish Plates tightened with 6 H.T.S. 24mm Dia Bolts. The insulating materials like end post, liners, bushes or sleeves and glue used in it are being manufactured with the RDSO approved raw materials (Resin, Hardener & Fiber Cloth).
