Open Velcro straps as well as the both sides of the product. Place behind the leg with the strut centered and with equal distance from the knee to the top and bottom. Wrap the foam liner around the leg and secure. Starting at the bottom, tighten each strap, moving upward. Do not over tighten the straps. This could cut off circulation to the leg.
