Typical Andhra pickle made using Fresh Green Gongura / Sorrel leaves nicely ground into paste and pickled using salt and other spices like Garlic cloves, mustard, Fenugreek and red chilies blended and seasoned with Groundnut oil. Tastes very good with Palin Rice, Dal Rice, curd rice, Dosa, idly, breads, Chappathi etc. Note : Always use dry hands and spoons while handling the pickles and maintain enough oil level on the surface of the pickle.
